Winners Investments o.c.p., a.s. is authorized to provide investment services under Slovak law and applicable European Union regulations.
The license was granted by the National Bank of Slovakia by decision No. 100-000-424-266 (file No. NBS1-000-067-374), issued on 29 November 2022, and became legally effective on 7 December 2022.
Winners Investments o.c.p., a.s. is regulated and supervised by:

as the competent authority for supervision of the financial market under Act No. 566/2001 Coll. on Securities and Investment Services.
When providing services in other EU member states under passporting rights, the company operates in cooperation with and under the oversight framework of the relevant local supervisory authority. In Poland, this includes supervision by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego – KNF) within the scope of applicable EU passporting rules.

These services are provided strictly within the scope defined by the NBS license and applicable legislation.
In addition to investment services, Winners Investments o.c.p., a.s. is authorized to provide the following ancillary services:
Safekeeping and administration of financial instruments on behalf of clients
Granting of credits or loans to investors to allow transactions in financial instruments, where the firm is involved in the transaction
Corporate finance advisory services (capital structure, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions)
Foreign exchange services connected to investment services
Investment research, financial analysis, and general recommendations relating to financial instruments
Services related to underwriting of financial instruments
Client assets are subject to statutory investor protection rules under Slovak and EU law.
Winners Investments o.c.p., a.s. is a participant in the Investor Protection Guarantee Fund (Garančný fond investícií), which provides protection to eligible clients in accordance with applicable legislation.
